What you´ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to shape clear, aligned project goals
- Create practical and achievable project schedules and timelines
- Build robust project budgets with transparency and precision
- Anticipate and assess project risks, define mitigation actions, resolve and escalates issues as needed
- Guide scope and change management with a structured approach
- Foster open, consistent communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Liaise with internal and external specialists for expert input and insights
- Support project start-up and commissioning, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Adhere to Henkel’s project management principles and processes in an ATEX environment
What makes you a good fit
- A degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Process Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering within the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong analytical thinking with a creative approach to solving challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you’re a clear communicator who listens as well as leads
- Organised, dependable, and self-motivated, yet always ready to contribute to a team effort
- A natural collaborator who enjoys bringing people together, who also has the ability to work on own initiative
