SUPERVISOR VACANCY
Vacancy for a fully flexible Full-time Supervisor. The successful candidate must be able to understand the scope of a Supervisor role and demonstrate previous experience in the Retail environment.
The role is a 40hr full-time contract with a leading brand in the luxury leather goods industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of 6 people.
- Expected to have the ability and passion to drive a team to achieve targets.
- Understand the importance of complying with company policies & procedures.
- Show passion for the products and use this passion to give excellent customer service.
- Must have previous experience in a Supervisor role.
- Must demonstrate a drive to succeed in achieving sales goals.
- Must have the initiative to solve customer & team problems
