Store Manager – Supermac’s Waterford

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or fast-food industry is essential.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant and Trainee Managers to achieve high performance, sales, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and plan HR needs, building a motivated and skilled team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Engage with the local community to promote the Supermac’s brand and build lasting relationships.
- Plan, prioritize, and adapt operations to meet business targets and comply with company procedures and legislation.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and create development plans for all staff.
- Ensure financial and operational targets are met, including food costs, labor costs, customer counts, audits, and mystery shopper scores.
- Represent the restaurant professionally in all public and media interactions (media inquiries referred to Area Manager/Marketing).
- Understand customer profiles and actively target the market to increase sales and loyalty.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
