FULL TIME Store Person, Warehouse, Delivery Driver
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an important position within our company so we are looking for a person who is self-driven and with our help and guidance will take ownership of the warehouse and manage it efficiently and reliably.
In this position you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your organisation skills along with your ability to prioritise and work as part of a strong team in a busy environment where you will be face to face with customers on a daily basis. Pay rates are flexible depending on experience.
Your duties will include
· Accepting deliveries to the warehouse while following procedures to check in.
· Keeping the warehouse tidy and records of stock accurate and up to date.
· Liaising with sales staff and customers regarding collections and deliveries.
· Understand customer’s expectations and needs
· Monitor customer orders and deliveries.
· Keep customer updated on orders and deliveries.
· Resolve order and delivery issues and take responsibility as and when required.
· Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
· Any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Person Specification:
The following criteria will be used in the selection process. Only those applicants who meet the essential criteria will be shortlisted for interview. The Company reserves the right to initially shortlist meet both essential and desirable criteria.
Essential:
· Full clean drivers licence.
· Forklift licence preferred but not necessary, we will provide certified training for the right candidate
· Manual handling certificate.
· Friendly and engaging personality.
· Must be extremely customer focused and results driven.
