Des Kelly Interiors is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is confident using systems, email, and Excel, and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Managing incoming calls and handling general customer enquiries efficiently.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, managing email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and using internal systems.
- Supporting the sales and operations teams with admin support as required.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook to track tasks and manage customer communication.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Training:
Full training will be provided. Familiarity with office software and comfort with admin processes is preferred.
