Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team. This role combines operational support with a strong commercial focus, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and logistics.
- Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
- ****Full Irish driving license required****
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to support company growth.
- Liaise with partners and suppliers to coordinate shipments and resolve any operational issues.
- Act as the company’s representative when visiting client sites and partners.
- Drive to client locations to collect goods that need to be prepared and shipped.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- ****Full Irish driving license required****
- Confidence in approaching new business opportunities and developing relationships.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and act on sales opportunities.
- Full, valid driver’s license (essential), with flexibility to travel as part of the role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
