We are looking for a motivated and organised Storesperson to join our busy team in Rathangan, Co. Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Procurement: Source and order parts/consumables, negotiate prices, and track delivery times.
Customer Service: Provide support to farmers, contractors, and service partners both in person and over the phone.
Stock Control: Check and receive deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and keep the store tidy and well-organised.
Team Support: Work closely with colleagues and assist in training or guiding junior staff when needed.
Daily Operations: Process sales transactions, prepare outgoing orders, and help with loading/unloading goods.
Requirements:
Interest in machinery, mechanical parts, or agriculture (experience preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic IT knowledge and experience with stock management systems.
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
