SPAR Tullow require an experienced Manager to manage their Supermacs Franchise.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day-to-day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and people management skills. Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in the catering/hospitality sector, be able to work a 39-hour week.
Responsibilities include:
Managing up to 15 members of staff
Ensure compliance with company standards, prioritising safety and quality
Work collaboratively with the team, treating all staff with respect
Follow company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage
Maintain a professional image on and off the premises
Provide a warm and friendly service to customers consistently
Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer engagement and daily revenue
Adhere to and manage cash handling
Prioritise customer satisfaction throughout all shifts
