Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will support procurement administration, purchase order processing, basic inventory tracking, and routine logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage purchase orders in line with approved requests
- Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Track stock movements and update inventory records accurately
- Support documentation and invoice processing in the procurement cycle
- Communicate regularly with warehouse and production teams to relay shipment and supply status updates
- Maintain accurate data in SAP system for purchasing and inventory
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher supply chain management or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with SAP/MRP/ERP software is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin oral and written communication.
