Position Overview:
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and/or adults in accordance with our curriculum and safety standards. Whether you’re working with beginners or helping advanced swimmers fine-tune their technique, you’ll be making a lasting impact.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group and private swim lessons for various age groups
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members
- Provide regular feedback on student progress
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
- Adhere to all company and pool safety protocols
Required Criteria
- Lifeguard certification and/or Swim Instructor Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient, and energetic attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred
