Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Asphalt paving and all associated works, and the ability to ensure quality control throughout all projects. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The candidate must speak fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the construction crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain workflow.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Provide training and support to crew members.
Works will be carried out predominantly in Meath / Louth / Cavan areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €18.00-€25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
