Our company, Gsa Cleaning Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team in Unit C5, Centre Point Business Park, Oak Drive, Dublin, Dublin 12, D12 DP04. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee talent acquisition processes, lead recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment efforts, support employee development, and manage HR policies in line with Irish employment law. Key duties include identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, organising training, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with the Irish job market are a plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience with employment agencies or policy development is essential.
