We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Dublin team. This is a customer-facing role, requiring a mix of consultancy, implementation, and technical analysis skills. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between customers and technical delivery. You will help scope, document, and deliver solutions that improve healthcare outcomes worldwide.

Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting with customers to gather requirements, model business processes, define use cases, and perform gap analysis.
- Working with Sales and Project Managers to scope and document high-level and functional and technical specifications.
- Attending remote and on-site project meetings to support solution design and alignment with customer needs.
- Supporting the installation, configuration, and rollout of solutions in customer environments.
- Providing support and guidance during go-lives.
- Creating project documentation.
- Providing technical consultancy for customer projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3- 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong SQL scripting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
- Strong documentation skills.
- A sense of humour.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
Some things that would be advantageous…
- Experience with healthcare enterprise software.
- Exposure to HL7, FHIR, or integration engines (Mulesoft, Rhapsody, etc.).
- Exposure to VMware, Citrix, or cloud platforms.
- Background in C#, JavaScript, or Oracle.
- Foreign language skills (Spanish, French, or Italian).
