Technical Program Manager
Technical Program Manager, Customer Success As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for partnering with teams across HubSpot to dig into our most challenging and impactful Customer Success business problems. The initiatives you lead will be highly cross-functional, aligned with HubSpot’s core strategy, and ultimately focused on driving customer value at scale.
In this role, you will identify core problem statements, define the strategy for solving these problems, and partner with Customer Success leadership, Operations, Business Enablement, and Product to translate your findings into business and technical requirements for our business to execute against. You are someone who is analytically minded, a strong negotiator, has technical aptitude, and are highly effective at getting things done in partnership with stakeholders across levels and functions. You have proven experience leading through influence, taking initiative, and leveraging your business acumen and data-driven mentality to drive results.

Evaluate effectiveness of existing solutions; Synthesize and leverage insights to inform future processes and automation, and advocate for product development Operate autonomously, making informed decisions about whether we can self-serve solutions within Operations, or need to partner with key stakeholder teams to achieve business results We are looking for people who:
