Reporting to the Quality Director, this role will lead and develop design and validation strategies for new and existing products and processes to ensure divisional goals are met. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the business and a working knowledge of its functions to effectively influence project teams in developing and implementing strategies for major global projects like FreeStyle Libre and new product introductions, including various sensor applications. You will manage team resources both directly and indirectly in a cost-effective manner to ensure the achievement of Quality objectives, Quality System improvement initiatives, Quality Training goals, and key performance indicators.
