Callan Computers is a leading IT Service Provider, specializing in the Supply and Support of infrastructure to local SME’s in the Northeast.
We are currently recruiting for the role of a Technical Support Engineer to be based in our office in Drogheda.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Technical Support Engineer (Junior Level) will work as part of a highly experienced Support team to deliver the services provided by the business.
The role includes the following:
Handle inbound helpdesk support requests, Pro-active monitoring and management of customer sites, Remote assistance.
The ideal candidate:
Min 1-2 years relevant IT experience with a good working knowledge of Windows Server systems. Good working knowledge with Backup solutions, cyber security & Office 365. Excellent verbal and written English
