Test Engineer

Key Elements

• LOTO ownership.
• Engagement with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Teams to comprehend and understand the operational requirements and to feedback any issues or potential improvements.
• Develop protocols for factory tests on new equipment as required.
• Preparation and execution of Factory Acceptance Testing protocols.
• Develop system impact assessments, protocols and reports that support the qualification and validation of systems.
• Ensuring safe operation of the system prior to and during start-up functional testing and Qualification phase.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• System Start-up activities.
• Functional Testing of systems.
• Organize and review daily tasks/verifications and track the progress of the activities assigned.
• Regular communication and coordination with production teams to comply with H&S requirements and to meet production targets.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering and engineering-related project management activities, preferably in a manufacturing or construction application
• Experience in HVAC delivery within DC industry
• Advanced skills level across Microsoft suite of applications
