Test Lead

Core Skill: Automation testing – Selenium, Java with Python and functional testing
- Experience in preparing test plan, strategy, estimates. Should be able to explain components of test plan.
- Has good experience in system and integration testing.
- Strong in testing process and used JIRA for test management, reporting.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and good in communication, articulation.
- Able to demonstrate test lead experience, tracking of deliverables, status reports, metrics from previous projects.
- Proven experience in selenium, Java and/or Python and functional testing.
- Basic Knowledge in DevOps
- Ability to lead and monitor testing tasks to closure.
- Participate in project meetings to understand functional and non-functional requirements and create test strategy.
- Integrate client feedback and ensure deliverables are according to agreed specifications.
- Participate in defect triages using knowledge of test execution process, test requirements and business criticality Knowledge and experience with SDLC lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of working with projects that follow Agile model/ methodologies.
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills. Should have Strong leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Proven leadership, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, provide technical leadership to all team members, Mentor junior team members, Escalate issues and risks to executive management for timely resolution.
- Financial service domain experience, Analytical skills
