Trade Development Manager – North Munster, Republic of Ireland

Then you could be our new Trade Development Manager (TDM).
We’re looking for a TDM to… win in the field, be obsessed with execution:
- Lead the energy agenda in all interactions with customers and the distribution partner.
- Sell the Monster Energy brands and our category vision to act as the leader in energy.
- Interact with the DP field sales team to keep them informed, engaged and energy as the #1 Growth Opportunity for the Category.
- Work with all stakeholders to build and execute plans that deliver growth for our brands, our customers and the energy category.
- Build strong and productive relationships with your customers.
- Deliver against coverage, distribution, availability and sales execution targets for our range and NPD across all relevant environments.
- Win space in order to execute our look of success in both chilled and ambient parts of the store.
- Work cross functionally to deliver best in class retail activation, support marketing and product launches.
- Work as part of the Monster team; be constructively and always looking for more.
- Support your colleagues in planning, execution, sharing best practise and winning together.
- Attend and contribute to Monster conferences and meetings.
- Work with the field sales manager and your team to provide immersive customer and DP engagement programs to help them understand our brands and vision.

Have previous experience in a sales or influential role.

- Be able to influence and lead the way.
- Go the extra mile to finish the job and cope with a fast-paced business.
- Hold a full driver’s license
- Have a minimum intermediate level of IT literacy

Previous sales or field marketing experience is desirable but not essential. People that can prove they have what it takes to succeed and win in this market will be considered.
