Role Purpose
Reach Group is one of Ireland’s leading providers, comprising several business verticals that specialise in a wide range of services for a diverse clientele across various industries and sectors throughout the country. Our customer base includes grocery retail, hotels, cafés, delicatessens, schools, hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies, libraries and more.
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to be responsible for marketing of all Reach Group services to targeted business sectors, helping to build awareness and grow revenues using a wide range of marketing tools including social media, trade press advertising and promotions.
Central to this role is the ongoing management of all Reach group websites including www.reachgroup.ie, www.reach-delpac.ie, www.reachstationery.ie and www.newspread.ie.
The Trade Marketing Executive will ensure that website content and functionality are optimised to enhance the user experience. They will work closely with colleagues from a wide range of internal business functions including Procurement, Sales, Operations and Copy Allocation.
This role is ideal for a proactivemarketing professional who’s versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving impactful campaigns across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
Role Responsibilities (Overview)
Leading the ongoing updates, maintenance, and occasional redesigns of all Reach Group websites to ensure a seamless user experience
Crafting and delivering targeted marketing communications for our trade customers
Keeping all digital platforms up to date with the latest product launches, pricing, and visuals
Driving SEO strategy and execution across all Reach Group websites to maximise online visibility
Managing our social media presence—particularly LinkedIn and Instagram—to grow engagement and brand awareness
Planning and coordinating trade events and exhibitions, from concept to execution
Working with print partners to source point-of-sale materials, displays, and other branded assets
Collaborating with creative agencies and web developers to deliver impactful promotions, brochures, and digital content.
Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
Proven experience managing website content via CMS platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with forward-thinking design tools and techniques, including the use of AI-assisted tools.
