We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Insurance or a property related field with a minimum of two years' experience.
Duties
Providing general administrative support with all insurance queries and following up on obtaining insurance details for contractors
Coordinating with insurance brokers/providers to obtain renewal quotations.
Assisting in the claims process by gathering necessary documentation and liaising with relevant contacts.
Logging, maintaining records and follow up of reported maintenance issues
Issuing reminders, tracking and phone calls for debt collection. Liaising with Debt Collection Agencies.
Preparing & issuing of contracts to suppliers and Management Companies
Support the Property Management team in tracking and monitoring of Planned Preventative Maintenance via our CRM system.
Requesting and following up on documentation for Anti Money Laundering.
Handling general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and other ad-hoc general administration responsibilities.
Requirements
*Preferably a professional qualification but not essential
*APA qualified is an advantage
*Willingness to continue professional development
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines

*Must have ability to work on own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
