We Love Fundraising is on the lookout for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Sales Team Leaders. This is an entry-level role designed for those eager to kick-start their career in sales while progressing into leadership positions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Starting in Sales – You’ll begin by representing our NPO client, engaging with potential donors where they live, shop, and work across Cork.
- Developing Leadership Skills – As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, learning how to train and support new team members.
- Building Meaningful Relationships – Connect with donors, educate them about the organisation’s mission, and inspire them to commit to long-term support.
- Achieving & Exceeding Targets – This role is target-driven, with clear goals and rewards for top performers.
- Progressing into a Leadership Role – Through our structured training program, successful candidates will develop the skills needed to step into a Team Leader position.
