We're looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Manager to support key treasury activities, focusing on capital as we expand our features and footprint.

You'll be assessing our capital and liquidity position and managing market risks, like FX, interest rates, and credit. You'll also own various treasury procedures and work with the Technology teams to make necessary enhancements to reporting processes.

• Forecasting Revolut's balance sheet and PnL positions
• Helping drive capital optimisation strategy and decisions
• Assisting in assessing the capital treatment of new products and deriving returns on equity
• Enhancing and building out capital management and allocation frameworks
• Managing group capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans
• Supporting business decision making and associated capital actions
• Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
• Maintaining up-to date knowledge and understanding of capital regulation requirements and risk management
• Understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding
• Liaising with Product Owners as part of the new product launch process

• Experience in treasury management focusing on capital or similar in a financial institution or fintech firm
• A proven ability to build and/or enhance processes
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)
• Knowledge of UK or EU banking regulations (Delegated Act, etc.)
• An understanding of capital risk
• A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
• Great problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
• A solid understanding of treasury concepts
• Fluency in English

• Accounting knowledge
• Experience in forecasting/modelling

Qualifications:

• CFA
• ACCA / ACA
• CertBALM
