We need a UX-driven creative lead, someone who can deep dive into the banking market, dissect how competitors present their products, and come back with better. Your mission: research, reimagine, and design a front-end experience that feels effortless, elegant, and unmistakably Solance.
Your approach to information architecture should feel second nature, structuring content, flows, and navigation so they are intuitive and purposeful. You’ll fuse that IA mindset with your design instincts, fonts, colours, and brand language should make you smile as much as they inspire trust in our clients. You’ll back up your recommendations with insight and research and deliver them in a way that wows us.

What You’ll Do
We´re looking for someone who can make complex processes feel simple—turning journeys such as KYC, account opening, or multi-step payment flows into an experience that feels fast, secure, and almost effortless to the user
- Working closely with the Solance product stakeholders you will lead the UX vision and evolution for Solance’s digital products, from research to delivery, merging the Solance brand guidelines with best practices and cutting-edge technology to create extraordinary user experiences
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the EMI, Banking and other UX leading user flows from other sectors such as gaming, social media, etc.,
- Turn research insights into clear, human, and beautifully branded experiences
- Apply information architecture principles to create logical, intuitive, and scalable structures for our products
- Collaborate with product, tech, and leadership to bring concepts to life within brand guidelines
- Design responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused interfaces in Figma and Adobe tools
- Utilise cutting edge, AI-enhanced processes and tools to ideate rapidly, generate clickable demos within hours and work closely with product stakeholders to efficiently prepare clear requirements for the UI engineers to implement
- Champion the user at every step, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that just make sense
- Maintain a close link between brand design and product experience to ensure a consistent, premium feel across all touchpoints
What You Bring
- 5+ years in UX/UI or product design, ideally with a strong graphic design foundation
- Strong understanding and motivation of the highly impactful role UX can bring to our business. We are looking for a person with a high level of curiosity and energy to develop solutions with a sense of urgency and fun that draw users closer to Solance in their journeys on our platform (Web & Mobile apps)
- Strong ability to research the market and analyse data including user behaviour data from multiple sourcing including user analytics technologies.
- Proven experience in building clear and empathic Customer Personas for internal and external user software our Platform from all data captured
- Strong Product oriented thinking that shows a combination of clear Product understanding, clear problem definition and solutions and the ability to define success measures to allow us to identify what works and optimise user journeys
- Strong ability to deliver technical and visual solutions that deliver compelling clickable prototyping, unified web & mobile designs and strong UI consistency
- A portfolio that blends UX thinking, IA expertise, and visual craft, covering research, flows, UI, and brand execution
- Experience working closely with developers, senior leaders and all business stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect, functional results
- Awareness of Cybersecurity, Accessibility (WCAG) compliant designs, inspiring confidence and trust with our users
- An eye for typography, layout, and visual systems that align with brand strategy
- Comfort in responsive design, accessibility standards, and multi-device design
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B, fintech, or other regulated industries
