Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.
We are currently looking for van drivers assistant to join our friendly, professional team. Occasional driving. Full driving licence required. This is a physically demanding role due to the nature of the work.
- Working as part of a two-person team
- Loading and unloading van
- On the road as a van drivers assistant. Occasional driving.
- Removing unwanted items/belongings from properties
- Delivering/removing and assembling furniture/appliances
- General maintenance work (including general gardening, installing fire blankets, snap frames, blinds, etc.)
- Support of trades people that specialise in painting and carpentry works
- This is a physically demanding role due to the nature of the work.
Person:
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Experience working in a property maintenance environment would be beneficial.
- General trade experience is an advantage.
- Understand safe loading and manual handling awareness.
- Motivated to be part of a successful, focused team.
- Full B licence required (occasional cover for van driver, e.g. annual leave)
Benefits:
- Finish at 3pm on Fridays

Salary:
- €28,677 per annum
- Plus Subsistence allowance (tax free)
Hours of work – 39 per week
7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Finish at 3pm on a Friday (early finish!)
