Keen to push forward towards referral-level expertise? We’ve got your back, fully supporting your ambition. *Flexible Hours: Work-life balance matters. Choose full-time or part-time, with flexible shift patterns and a 5 day, 40 hour work week (full-time). Saturday morning shifts are shared fairly among the team. *Meaningful Case Work-Ups: Dive deep into detailed pre- and post-op case management that will sharpen your clinical acumen.

We’re Looking For:
*A VCI-registered vet with solid small animal surgical experience. *Ideally, you hold or are working toward a Certificate in Surgery – if not no worries! We fully fund and support Certificates, Diplomas, and even PhDs to help you develop your specialist skills. *Confidence managing high clinical case-loads and occasional sole charge *A passion for mentoring or interest in clinical leadership is a bonus, but not essential
