At Churchfield Home Services, we’re on a mission to retrofit homes and rebuild futures. We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and energetic Video Content Creator to become the visual storyteller of our brand — capturing everything from on-site projects to behind-the-scenes moments, team events, and customer testimonials.
This is a hands-on role with a blend of on-site and in-office work, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to content capture - from the frontlines of energy retrofitting to behind-the-scenes team moments. Your lens will help shape our brand and tell the Churchfield story by turning real moments into engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video and photo content at various locations — from installs to events
- Document interviews, team operations, day-in-the-life stories, and project transformations
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign ideas and content planning
- Pitch creative concepts that align with brand goals and seasonal activity
- Maintain and evolve our visual style across platforms
- Create and manage your own filming calendar in line with company schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, HR, and office teams to plan shoots
- Identify content gaps and take initiative in capturing new material
- Edit and format content for social media, internal comms, and recruitment
- Ensure filming is carried out safely and in line with site rules and health & safety protocols
Candidate Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Skilled with cameras, gimbals, mics — drone use is a plus
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe for titles and thumbnails
- Comfortable filming in varied settings: office, site, outdoors

Job Type: Full-time
Core package includes:
- €33,000 – €42,500 (DOE)
- Full time
- Immediate start
- 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday
- 8.00am – 4.00pm Friday
Preferred Experience
- Experience in content creation or video production is ideal, but not essential
- Must be proactive, confident in planning shoots, and eager to learn
- A relevant qualification (Digital Media, Film, Marketing, etc.) is a bonus
