We have number of exciting vacancies for VNA drivers in our friendly warehouse in Blanchardstown which is operated on behalf of one of Irelands leading retailers. If you are looking for a shift pattern to fit in with your work life balance then we can offer a variety of hours, we have full time (40 hours a week), part time, night and day shifts available. Seasonal and permanent positions available.
Overview
40 hours per week, €13.50 per hour (€14.51 on successful completion of training)
Shift premium 10% / 15% if rotating, 20% (night shift)
VNA Allowance €39.05 a week
Sunday Premium time and half,
Overtime rates time and half/double.
How will you contribute?
- General warehouse operations, carrying out duties in any department including operating voice picking system.
- Picking stock accurately, efficiently and checking prior to dispatch to stores
- Ensuring Quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
- Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
- A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
What will you bring?
- Previous warehouse experience and knowledge of voice picking advantageous but not essential
- Effective spoken and written English communication skills essential
- Ability to count accurately to enable the correct picking of stock
- Attention to detail to ensure documentation is correct and error free
- Ability to analyse problems and approach methodically and thoroughly
- You will be reliable, self-motivated, a strong team player and will have a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Able to work on own initiative
