We are currently seeking experienced waiting staff to join the team at our family-run 4-star country house hotel in Castle Durrow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming and fast-paced hospitality environment. Our team caters to a variety of services including weddings, corporate events, and our restaurant, which serves both residents and non-residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and friendly food and beverage service
- Take orders, serve meals, and manage guest requests efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Assist during large events and functions as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- A warm, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and event shifts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
