What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and well looked after.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude, escalating when needed.
- Engage with customers, assess their needs, and make recommendations to enhance their visit.
Health & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and bar areas.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and legal regulations relating to hospitality.
Teamwork & Communication
- Attend regular team meetings to stay informed about menus, promotions, and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Training & Development
- Take part in regular performance reviews and training.
- Learn techniques for managing difficult situations and improving service quality.
Who You Are
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to shift work.
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided.
