Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
- Follow all health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
