Main duties waiting person:
- Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform as outlined in the induction handbook, maintaining a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Ensure your assigned area is fully prepared for service, including table setups, cleaning, and stock checks.
- Follow all hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and serving of food and beverages.
- Ensure that meals and beverages are served efficiently, with minimum delay and in a manner that respects the hotel's standards of quality.
- Assist in restaurant, ballroom, and function room setup, ensuring the area is ready for guests.
Main requirements waiting person:
- Fluent spoken & Written English
- Permission to reside and work in Ireland
- Full time availability throughout the academic year - any shifts
- Age 18 years plus for bar Positions
- Ability to commute independently
