Lydon House are currently recruiting Experienced Waiting Staff to join our Corporate Hospitality Team at the Galway Racecourse during race week 2025. Work will commence on 28th July and there are 6 and 7 day contracts available, depending on experience and availability.
Applicants must have worked for a minimum of 9-12 months in a busy restaurant or hotel setting and be conversant with taking orders accurately for food and alcohol, from groups of 8 - 10 people. Applicants should be familiar with Allergen information and Food Safety standards, have excellent customer service experience and be flexible to work from early afternoon to late evening during race week.
Successful applicants must be available for interview and have availability for work from 28th July to 3rd August.
Meals are provided while on duty, parking is available on site, pre-races induction briefings will be provided and good rates of pay are offered for applicants with the required experience and availability.
