Ward Catering Assistant | Special Feeds Unit | Children’s Ward
Permanent | 64 hours per fortnight

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and or experienced Ward Catering Assistants to join the Bon Secours Hospital team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver specialised infant and child feeds according to dietetic guidelines.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Support the ward team with general catering duties such as kitchen upkeep, stock control, and dishwashing.
- Maintain accurate records of feed preparation and delivery times.
What we are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a catering, healthcare, or food preparation role (hospital setting desirable).
- Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations
- A caring, patient-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a busy paediatric environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Be able to communicate in English to the standard equivalent to level 7 of the International English Language Testing System
- Be eligible to work within the EU
