Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of our busy warehouse operations and help drive performance, efficiency, and safety across the board.
About the Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, inventory management, and dispatch. You’ll lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high standards of accuracy, organisation, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations from receipt to dispatch
- Lead, train and motivate the warehouse team to meet KPIs and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate stock control and implement efficient inventory practices
- Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
About You:
- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling best practices
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
