Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our growing warehouse team in Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate. This is a key operational role responsible for stock handling, order fulfilment, and occasional delivery driving — ensuring our systems and materials reach customers safely, efficiently, and in top condition.
This is an ideal role for someone reliable, hands-on, and organised, with an interest in working in a structured warehouse environment while contributing to greener, better-insulated Irish buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, pick, and store insulation systems and materials
- Organise warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety
- Receive and check deliveries, recording goods inwards accurately
- Manage returns in collaboration with the technician and returns team
- Operate forklifts and other equipment in accordance with training and safety standards
- Liaise with the stock administration team to ensure all goods are tracked through our ERP system
- Conduct regular stock checks and support audits as required
- Identify low stock levels and flag replenishment needs
- Carry out safe and timely deliveries to customers and job sites when required
- Act as point of contact for delivery-related issues, resolving them professionally and promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Contribute ideas for operational improvements or efficiency gains
- Ensure all work supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certification
- Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Prior experience in a warehouse or delivery environment
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials in line with safety guidelines
Desirable
- Previous experience working with insulation materials or building supplies
- Familiarity with ERP stock systems or handheld scanners
- Understanding of construction site safety standards and product handling
