About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reworker to join our team in Rathcoole. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork, and problem-solving are key to ensuring product quality and smooth operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and identifying defects in products or components
- Performing rework or repair tasks using hand tools, soldering equipment, or other machinery
- Following standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols
- Documenting rework activity and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
You’ll work Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10pm, with opportunities for overtime. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
About you
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and can confidently report issues to their team leader. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to collaborate effectively with others in a production environment. Problem solving skills are important, as you will need to identify the root causes of defects and either suggest or apply practical solutions. Time management is also key, as completing rework efficiently helps to avoid delays in production. While previous experience is not required, a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude will help you succeed in this role.
