Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on trends and customer preferences.
- Assist with processing online orders and tracking shipments
- Provide product information and recommend suitable items to customers
- Support the marketing team with promotions and online campaigns
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
