We are looking for Team Leader for our Warehouse Team. Candidates with proven experience in a previous role and Forklift driving experience highly desirable. Candidates must be eligible to work full time in Ireland and live within easy commute distance.
This is a Full-time position working 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday 6.15am to 2:45pm.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Label up boxes for starter trolley and make sure trolley is ready to go
- Prepare trolly with boxes for each picker
- Ensuing relay system on trollies runs smoothly
- Pack boxes on to pallets, ensuring all pallets are packed in the correct order
- Tracking picking times every hour to make sure we are on target to get everything done
- Ensure no products run out on the aisles
- Spot Check one box every hour - print out of what was picked and move products from one box to another
- Any zeros / amendments must be put in by Team Leader and recorded for morning meeting
- Label and highlight any boxes that are left short saying what is needed
- Ensuring Team adhere to break times and start on time
- Ability to run the route forecast for routes as and when required
- Ensure Trolleys are sanitized throughout the evening – ideally at break time
- Boxes to be clean inside and out before going on the trolleys
- Ensure Team dispose of labels removed from boxes properly
- Dealing with issues as they arise
- Feeding back to management
- Ensuring everyone has appropriate clothing
- Ensuring everyone wears PPE and signs in at the self-check station daily
- Carrying out tasks competently, efficiently & safely.
- Working as a Team player
- Providing regular feedback on how to improve policy’s and procedures / increase efficacy/productivity & create a positive work environment.
- Absences - following the correct procedures & no more than 3 uncertified days within 6mths.
