We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to join our team at Initiate x Lemon Logic. This is a part-time, in-person role based in Wexford – perfect for someone who loves both design and structure, and wants to work across a mix of client projects, from websites to branding to print.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Website Admin & Design: Handle incoming client tickets to update or amend existing websites (we manage a busy portfolio of live sites). Create new web page designs using Figma and WordPress builders like Elementor or Breakdance.
- Graphic Design: Design for both digital and print – social media assets, brochures, banners, business cards, and more.
- Branding: Help build and maintain consistent branding for clients across various sectors.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the creative and web directors on ideas, feedback, and client requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
- Knowledge of WordPress and experience with page builders (Elementor/Breakdance)
- A strong portfolio showing digital and print work
- Good eye for detail, smart problem solving, and ability to work to deadlines
- Bonus points for video editing skills – but not essential!
