We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Carvery Assistant to join our weekend team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, as they will be working directly with the public, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods, ensuring that all customers are served promptly.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to maintain the smooth flow of the carvery service, including food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness of the serving area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
