- Oversee the daily operations of the wine bar
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with guest inquiries- Coordinate seating arrangements and ensure efficient table turnover
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction and optimise service quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a wine bar or restaurant essential
- Good knowledge of wines
- Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
