We partner with Deloitte Ireland to support their contingent recruitment processes. Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.
On behalf of Deloitte, AMS are looking for a Workday HRIS Technical Lead for an initial 12-month contract with fantastic scope for extension or conversion to permanent (per candidate preference.) The role will be primarily remote working with occasional travel to the Dublin city centre offices as required.
What you'll do:

Take the lead on designing and delivering Workday solutions, with a particular focus on complex integrations and wider Workday systems architecture.
Run client-facing design workshops and solution scoping sessions, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Manage and mentor small teams on project workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones are met to the highest standards.
Coordinate internal resources, prioritise work, and keep stakeholders aligned across multiple concurrent projects — you may work with 1–3 EMEA clients at a time.
Support business development activities as needed — helping shape proposals, engage new clients, and contribute to Deloitte’s reputation as a leading Workday partner.
Bring fresh thinking to how Workday solutions are delivered, embracing innovation and exploring new technologies such as AI to drive better outcomes.
The skills you'll need:

Strong hands-on experience delivering Workday integrations and wider Workday HRIS solutions is essential.
Proven track record of leading client workshops, delivering complex projects, and managing project teams.
Confident working directly with clients, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.
Based anywhere in Ireland with the flexibility to travel to the Dublin office as required.
- Previous consulting experience is highly desirable — bringing the commercial awareness needed to face off with senior clients.
