We are a civils company looking for an experienced working fore person. The ideal candidate must have experience in demolition, groundworks, civil engineering on Pharmaceutical Projects. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Liaise with Project Manager
- Coordinate site activities and personnel
- Ensure all site day logs, day works, time sheets, plant logs are completed & signed
- Conduct toolbox talks & internal H&S meetings, link in with other H&S supervisors
- Communicate with personnel and management regularly and efficiently
- Would also be working on sire on the civils aspect of the project
The following background/ experience is essential:
- Construction and in particular civils/ demolitions/ earthworks on Pharma projects
- Minimum 5 years experience in the role of site fore person
- Experience in managing individuals and teams as well as delegating
- Excellent communication skills
