Workshop Assistant:
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and motivated workshop assistant to work in our garages.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional, hardworking environment
within a workforce that thrives on teamwork and achieving superior customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Fitting windows, altering seat layout, general adjustments to customise cars.
- Welding as required.
- Using materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner.
- Develop an understanding of workshop equipment.
- Full compliance with all safety procedures and adhering to the vehicle’s operating safety steps.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
About You/Requirements:
- Possess a full, valid, and clean driver’s license (desirable but not essential).
- Have an eagerness to learn with a genuine interest and knowledge of cars.
- Some welding experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Be comfortable working in a team environment as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Have a positive attitude to working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Be organised and diligent with a flexible approach to work.
