Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media, with exposure to new initiatives or pilot projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients in a support capacity, including exposure to pilot programs.
- Familiarity with digital advertising campaigns or digital marketing platforms, particularly those in experimental or pilot phases.
- Strong foundational analytical skills and a desire to develop further, particularly in analyzing data from pilots.
- A demonstrated interest in problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to new challenges, especially those presented by pilot environments.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on supporting pilot initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the management of relationships with stakeholders involved in CIL pilots. Proactively assist in building and maintaining customer relationships, contributing to mutual business objectives within innovation projects.
- Engage in pilot projects with agility, executing tasks accurately and with a problem-solving approach to support CIL success.
- Help collect and organize pilot data, and support basic analysis to generate insights for CIL strategies.
- Assist in creating solution materials and proposals that align with customer goals and drive Google’s revenue growth.
- Ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders to support collaboration within CIL and beyond.
