As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will help set up these high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined onboarding process. You will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy and ensure the adoption of our products. Throughout our customer life-cycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first process.
