We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and professional individual to fulfil an Accounting Technician role in our Dundalk head office.
Duties will include:
- Bank administration duties; monitoring cashflow, inter-account transfers and reconciling daily banking transactions
- Reconciling banks, accounts payable and receivable monthly to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Preparing VAT returns bi-monthly
- Posting Month end Journals
- Weekly payroll processing and Revenue submissions
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- General office admin projects & duties.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- IATI: Accounting Technician or Relevant financial Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role/environment
- Sage & Payday experience is preferable and applicants must be proficient across all MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday. 09:00 - 14:30

Pay: From €17.00 per hour
