Account Administrator/ Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Account Administrator to support our team with a wide range of administrative and office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Prepare invoicing and reports for Month End
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond in a professional manner
- Assist with general office day to day queries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role using microsoft office and other productivity tools
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast pace working environment.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8am- 5pm
Friday: 8am - 4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €60,000.00 per year
