As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and support the Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Payroll Officer in preparing weekly payroll, including reviewing timesheets and tracking employee holidays
- Draft and submit documentation to Revenue and pension providers
- Handle employee queries related to payroll
- Process expense invoices for the Accounts Payable function
- Manage customer payments and direct debit processing
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts
- Support management with KPI reporting
- Assist in compiling sales reports
- Reconcile customer orders using the Procure Wizard system
- Participate in various ad-hoc finance projects as required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Payroll experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Procure Wizard is an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms

Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
